NordicBaltic Festival Conference in Vilnius - Register Now!
The conference fee remains 69 euro until 30 September and Radisson Blu, the conference hotel, charge only 69 euro/night for conference guests, even the flights to Vilnius are reasonably cheap if you do not drag your feet. The NordicBaltic Festival Conference in Vilnius, Lithuania, 3-4 November 2016, bring together managers and artistic directors of festivals from all fields of art to exchange ideas and best practices, make new connections and explore various possibilities for cooperation as well as visiting some of the great arts shows in Vilnius.
We, the NordicBaltic Festival Platform, who organises the event, encourages all arts professionals to take part in the one and only arts festival conference of the Nordic-Baltic region. The conference is hosted by the Lithuanian National Philharmonic Society.
The conference will include:
- speeches by central figures in the Nordic-Baltic culture scene,
- discussions on how to attract people in the region to festivals, how to programme a Nordic-Baltic festival and how to use city space better in festivals,
- networking sessions for participants,
- presentations of funding possibilities,
- 5 project presentations from the region's festivals seeking new partnerships,
- short festival presentations with prior registration. This is a possibilty for all participants. NB! First-come, first-served.

- 69 EUR early-bird rate through October 1st
- 109 EUR rate from October 2nd - October 23rd
- 139 EUR last-minute rate from October 24th through to the event
