EFFE Label attracts thousands of festivals across Europe
Dealine for the application is extended until 15 december 2014! On 20 October 1771 festivals had registered and started applying for The EFFE Festival Label. Fifteen were Swedish . But just as our neighbours in Denmark and Finland, we started late and the numbers will certainly increase. The countries that made most progress so far is France with 255 registered festivals, but also countries like Romania , Portugal, Belgium and Italy with more than 100 applicants festivals each. Swedish Music Festivals has until now contacted 300 Swedish festivals and asked a hundred organizations , institutions and agencies to disseminate the information further . See the full list here .
