A one-time opportunity for festival managers

On April 7 Kulturkraft Stockholm have engaged James Waters from Festivals and Events International (FEI) to launch a 3-Day seminar especially for festival managers. James was Associate Festival Director of the Edinburgh International Festival from 1992 to 2006 where he worked with Sir Brian McMaster to devise and implement the Festival’s annual programme. As FEI director he assisted with programming and delivery of the London 2012 Festival, the largest cultural festival ever staged in the UK, celebrating the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Over 13,000 performances and events were staged at 1,200 venues accross the country involving more that 25,000 artists from over 200 participating nations. Attendance reached 19.8m.
The seminar
that takes place at Stockholm City Conference Center, from 9-17 during 7-9 April 2014 - contains all aspects of running a festival today. This is really a uniquie opportunity that festival managera should not miss!
The seminar is free for all members of Kulturkraft Stockholm, and thus for members of Swedish Music Festivals. However, travels to Stockholm and lodging is on not included!
