Africa establishes network for festivals
The African network for festivals and events – AFRIFESTNET – was formed in Accra, Ghana, on 20 April 2012. It includes festivals and events in theatre, music, dance, film, literature, visual arts, cultural heritage and multidisciplinary forms of art. AFRIFESTNET is an initiative by Arterial Network in collaboration with among others the British Council. The photo shows the newly formed board. See more photos from the meeting in Accra.
