A lot of new Swedish music on festivals 2015
Swedish Music Festivals collaboration with the Society of Swedish Composers and STIM Promotion Fund in 2015 has resulted in support for recent works of 30 Swedish composers, including 16 commissioned works . The contemporary music that was supported amount to 13 hours and 57 minutes and it is performed at 15 festivals from Haparanda in the north to Ystad in the south between 13 June and 11 October 2015. A total of 166 musicians and other artists participates in staging the music. It is truly fantastic!
