City space and festivals
How can festivals better use the city space and how to programme a festival with a Nordic-Baltic theme? These are key issues in the Nordic Baltic Festival Platforms conference in Vilnius 3 to 4 November 2016. The Foreign Minister of Lithuania inaugurates the conference at 13 on Thursday, composer Gediminas Gelgotas are the main speaker and then follows the conference with festival organizers from across Europe in each and every discussion and talks.
