The EU initiative Music Moves Europe
Apply for EU support from the new Music Moves Europe-initiative by August 27 or September 10, 2018 respectively. The EU Commission has calls for the music sector in Europe in the new move "Music Moves Europe". It was at the end of last year that the European Parliament decided on a pilot initiative, a so-called Preparatory Action, which is now being launched.
Since 2015, the EU Commission has conducted dialogue with the music sector in Europe on the needs and challenges and the kind of EU support needed for the development of European music life. The dialogue led to "Music Moves Europe", an initiative aimed at testing and developing appropriate support for the music sector in Europe that may be part of Creative Europe from 2021.
