Festival Management Training - extended deadline reduced fee
Module I of the second edition of the Festival Production Management Training will take place in Antwerp, Belgium, from 18-21 January 2017, hosted by deSingel International Art Campus. Young production managers from all over the world will meet and exchange with experienced production managers. For EFA members and Sweden Festival members the deadline is now extended to 30 September.
The European Festival Association’s initiative The Festival Academy is delighted to address you regarding its new training opportunity, the Festival Production Management Training, and its second edition, taking place from 18 to 21 January 2017 in Antwerp in collaboration with deSingel International Arts Campus. This training program invites your young production managers to learn more about their job, to hear about the experience of their international colleagues and to listen to presentations of the top talents in their field.
The full training is set up as follows:
MODULE I: a four day session bringing together a group of 25 production managers and 3 to 4 experienced production managers to exchange best practices
MODULE II: a practical placement at a festival–length depending on the festival but at least one week
MODULE III: a three day concluding session gathering and exchanging the insights gained guided by 3 to 4 presenters (they can differ from the presenters of the first module)
The call for application is open until 16 September, but we would like to offer the EFA members an extended deadline until the 30thof September. As you know, access to these training opportunities is one of the benefits of the EFA membership. TheEFA members enjoy a reduced fee: 1,100€ for the first module in January in Antwerp and 1,000€ for the third if you pay separately, or 1,800€ if youpay the whole training at once.
