EFFE och Creative Europa 2021-2027
EFFE International Jury och EFFE Hubs samlades i Bryssel för att definiera de slutliga kriterierna och konkurrensprocessen för EFFE- detta europeiska program för festivaler - inför Creative Europe 2021-2027. Totalt 1129 festivaler har fått en EFFE Label - det europeiska erkännandet för konst- och kulturfestivaler i pilotfasen av EFFE. Ett nytt online-sökverktyg för publiken över hela världen läggs nu till i programmet: Festival Finder gick online i mitten av november 2018. Festivaler från 43 länder är inbjudna att lägga till sin festival och sprida vetskapen om sökmotorn ut till internationell publik, artister, resenärer, akademiker, journalister, bloggare, beslutsfattare, etc. EFA: s ordförande Jan Briers välkomnar slutförandet av programmet Europe for Festivals, Festivals for Europe och ser fram emot att ytterligare utveckla EFFE som ett användbart instrument för festivaler och publik. Utöver EFFE-märket delar EFFE International Jury ut EFFE Award, en utmärkelse där juryn kommer välja de mest innovativa festivalerna i vissa kategorier.
